   We somehow got broken glass into our drain pump which punctured the impeller housing. Previously, I had used PSB parts for a broken soap dispenser and I was delighted to find that they had a replacement pump even though our dishwasher is 10 years old. Delivery was prompt (5 days from Vancouver to London) and installation was a simple matter of removing the old pump with a 1/4 turn counterclockwise, connect the wires to the new pump and install it with a 1/4 turn clockwise.

   I have used Pacific Specialty Brands several times now and have never being disappointed. Drain Pump price was decent and shipping was always faster than advertised. Dishwasher is now back in action.

   My drain pump was leaking because of a failed gasket (dishwasher was only 5 years old) and looking online I found this website that had my exact drain pump in stock. Delivery only took 3 days. Thanks so much.
