Our after-sales service includes on-site technicians, who service the greater Vancouver area, while other service partners cover the rest of our territories, ensuring dealers and customers are immediately looked after. PSB also has a parts shop available so customers can order and pick up their parts or receive same-day shipping. We also have an online parts shopping network for direct purchasing available throughout North America to help provide the highest level of support and the same convenient service PSB is known for. PSB Office and Showroom:
Our head office and showroom is beautifully situated beside the Fraser River at 7595 Lowland Drive in Burnaby, British Columbia. Our spacious 5,000 square foot showroom currently showcases seven kitchens, five of which are fully functional. A builder kitchen and product display area with refrigerators, dishwashers, cooktops, hood fans, and laundry are also on display. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
