CAVAVIN has been a Canadian leader in the manufacturing wine service and storage cellars. The company was founded in 1981 by Roger Fortier, an entrepreneur specialized in air conditioning and heating services since 1956, to meet growing demand for wine cellars and wine rooms. Today, the head office of CAVAVIN is located in the south shore of Montreal and is now managed by his daughter, Nathalie Fortier, Bachelor in Operations Management.
